Latefa Noorzai works on burnt red paper. A figure takes up the upper half of the page, its head touching most of the top. Thick brush strokes of semi-mixed yellow and black outline the head and body of the person. The body is filled in with brief yellow vertical strokes in flour rows. Two yellow circle eyes contain tiny black pupils. A vertical stripe of white and black paint is the nose. A dash of yellow detail with thin black marker becomes a toothed mouth. Long, thin white and yellow legs hang from the body.
